Thirtieth Flutter [Video/Action for Goldenrod]

[Someone is singling a lullaby... it's Fluttershy! She's happily sitting on a bench in Goldenrod, cradling a Pokemon egg in her arms. She's got a few of them - six if you're counting - with a Ditto beside her. It seems to to want to stick itself in her hair, and she has absolutely no problems with this. It's also, fortunately, holding her Pokegear.]

... Hello, everypony. I've finally helped make some Pokemon eggs. We want them all to get good comes... we have three adorable Caterpi... One Dratini... One Munchlax... and one Heracross.

[She snuggles the egg she's holding and gives it a kiss. She resumes singing gently as the feed ends.]

Hush now, quiet now, it's time to lay your sleepy head...

[Well, if there's one thing GLaDOS has actually managed to train her Pokémon to do (and we should be grateful she's managed the one thing, the way she's going), it's to appreciate vocal music, at least; unfortunately, she hasn't quite trained Test Subject Number One in the art of actually staying put and not flouncing off when she notices something that might be considered interesting. As such, Fluttershy, it seems the singing has attracted one (1) Mareep, who will very gleefully be bouncing over to get a look at what you're doing.

...her trainer will be wandering up shortly, trying to figure out where her completely nonthreatening woolly guard-beast has gone, but for the time being, electrosheep all up in your business. Um.]

[Noticing she has a guest, Fluttershy stops singing, and smiles down at the electric sheep. She has one of her own - an Ampharos now - so there's fondness to her smile.]

Why, hello there. It's nice to meet you, little one. Would you mind if I pet you?

[That will get a good amount of headtilting from the sheep in question, before she rears up a bit, sounding rather happy indeed.

I don't mind at all! It isn't something that happens too much; it's nice of you to ask.]

[Yaaay. Fluttershy shifts the egg to one arm, and uses her free hand to softly pet Mareep on the head.]

What a good girl you are... you deserve a lot of petting.

...aaaaaaaaand it seems there's at least one person in the immediate area who's willing to debate the whole "good girl" thing when it comes to the sheep in question; it seems GLaDOS has finally managed to locate her starter. At the very least, she has the common sense to not go outside in the Team Rocket uniform, and she wouldn't be caught dead in public in a skirt that short anyway; she's managed to bribe a grunt into buying her something all-black and presentable - to say nothing of an outfit involving pants, she is discovering a love for pantsuits she never thought she'd have - and her long white hair is coiled up haphazardly on her head in the world's most awkward pile, held in place with far too many pens.

...basically, vaguely classy but disheveled as all get-out, and judging by the way that she's standing with her hands on her hips and the most judgmental expression ever, she gives no damns.]

[Test Subject Number One doesn't seem too interested in returning to her trainer; the girl over here is nice and gives out pettings, so! Hmph, really.

GLaDOS sighs. Fine. Let's address the girl for the time being. Why not.]

Look, is she bothering you? She should know better than to bother you.

Hey, how long do those eggs usually take to hatch, anyway? I've got two, and they're still just sitting there!

[...Clearly she'll know because she has a lot of eggs. Bowser logic at its finest, folks.]

Well... you have be patient. The babies will let you know when they're ready to come out. But they really like it when you walk with them!

[And she tries to wave to Grotle.]

Oh my, Shell Smasher, did you evolve already? You're so strong!

[He scowls, turning the camera towards-- ope, a Gible and Larvitar egg.]

The sooner they hatch, the sooner I can train them up into top-notch minions!

[Shell slips behind Bowser gives Fluttershy a 'no duh' sort of look. Of course she evolved already! She's the strongest.

There's a cackle off screen that distinctly isn't Bowser's-- it really come across more like a twisted bark. Soon, a Granbull hopes up onto Shell Smasher's back, prompting a growl outta the turtle.]

At ease, Lockjaw! We'll get back to training in a second! Sheesh.

You've gotten so many, and you've only been here a little while... that's very impressive, your highness. i'm sure you'll have a strong and reliable team very soon.

[Twilight's leaning over the bench, looking down on the eggs with a mixture of pride and worry in her eyes.]

So, any interest so far? [If she sounds nervous, well, that's probably understandable. Six babies isn't that much, but she still doesn't know what they'd do with them if no one wants them.]

[She nods, smiling up at her friend.]

Oh, yes! And they're good people, too!

[She brightens immediately on hearing that.]

That's terrific! Who are they? Which ones are they interested in?

There's a very nice boy named Shiraishi who wants the Heracross... and he promised to take very good care of him!

[Everypony? That's the first time he's heard anyone say that. Though while he's curious about that he won't ask, for now. There's something else that interests him more.

There's a Joltik sitting on Shiraishi's head. It might be hard to miss, since he's so small, but he's happily there. The song seems to make him very relaxed.]

I'm interested in the Heracross egg?

I haven't seen any sharks here... I wonder what the Pokemon version of a shark is...
