[The Pokegear turns on, and hurray, it's Fluttershy! She's waving nicely as she holds the gear, Ditto snuggled up in her lap. She's sitting on her bed, surrounded by... a lot of eggs.

Seriously, a lot of eggs.

Like over one hundred eggs. Sweet Celestia.]

Hello, everypony... I mean, everyone... Um, well, I thought I'd try to be a little more helpful today... so I'm here for two things. First, my Ditto... um... it kind of got really friendly with my friend's Pokemon, and, well... we have some eggs we'd like to sell. We've got... [She pauses, and then counts on her fingers. Can a Ditto look smug?] ...Charmander, Chikorita, Squirtle, Ponyta, Vulpix, Dratini, Abra, Heracross, Magnemite, Munchlax, Sigilyph, Snivy, Larvesta, Golett, Growlithe, Drifloom, Turtwig, Eevee, Sudowoodo, Pinsir, Skarmory, Beldum, Smeargle, Togepi, Happiny and Treecko... is that all of them?

[Ditto nods. Fluttershy smiles, and then she continues.]

And second... I just wanted to remind everyp-body, that I can talk to Pokemon, and I understand what they're saying. So if you need me to talk with them about anything, I'm always available to listen.

[Woah. Now, that is a lot of eggs. Laguna can't help but pause before responding - his shiny Munna on-screen, nibbling at his arm, looking a bit disturbed and shaky.
He gives a smile to the young woman, though, after shaking off his shock.]
Hey, uh, I've heard of Larvesta! They're another fire-type, right? I'm trying to stock up in case any of my friends turn up in New Bark Town in the next few weeks.
[Laguna's only done a bit of reading, to be honest, though. He's just curious about some more good Pokemon.]

[She nods slowly, eyes more on the Munna than the man.]

I can give you one, but... is your Munna all right?

[Laguna gives a bit of a grumpy sigh, looking down at the Munna. A small Ralts, however, has also come on-screen. She's kind of hungry okay?]
Elle? She's been like this for about a week, now. I'd ask for you to try talking to her, but she's never made a sound in her life.
[~~spoilers it's all plot stuff~~
He'll probably end up texting his location to you later.]

[She frowns, feeling bad for the poor dream eater.]

Poor dear... Please let her know I'm always available to talk, if she ever feels up to it. I can't stand the sight of Pokemon suffering...

[and no worries about texting, it can easily be handwaved. special mail-egg delivery!]

Hey, y'hear that?
[Laguna says to his little girl. The Munna gives a bit of a shudder, before returning to the nibbling.]
But while you're there - I do have a bit of a hard case. Mind if I show him to you? [The Ralts behind him knows who Laguna's speaking about.] He's my starter, but I just don't get him.

[Ditto has started to snooze off, but Fluttershy looks rather happy to speak to the mon.]

Certainly! Maybe he just "doesn't get" you too. Does he have a name?

Maybe!
[Nobody gets Laguna. Laguna then stands up!]
He's actually outside right now - whoops, watch out, Primo--
[Yes, Laguna's stumbling around a bit - nearly tripping over the Wooper on the ground. He's got quite a few in his inn room. But, as he stumbles, he smiles.]
His name's Ragnarok - it's a pretty cool name, if I don't say so myself.
[A few moments later, though, the video cuts out for a while. Laguna thought he should keep his eyes on the path.
Soon, Laguna's outside, though, and he turns it back on. Munna is still there, a quiet Zorua-child has followed too, and the Ralts third. And out there?

A Servine is just sitting there in a tree, looking at the moon a little, tail drooped. Vines from Vine Whip are gripping to the tree a little.]
Hey! Ragnarok! I've got a cute girl on the line. Wanna try talking to her?
[The Servine doesn't seem to react, as Laguna looks back to the feed, a bit of a thoughtful look on his face.]

[She's completely oblivious to the compliment, as all of her attention is immediately diverted to the Servine. She smiles sweetly. She's suddenly much more talkative and less shy to it than she was to you, Laguna.]

It's nice to meet you, Ragnarok. Those are some very strong vines you have... you must be a very powerful pokemon. But..

[She frowns. oh...]

... You don't seem to be very happy. Is there something the matter?

[Ragnarok's quiet for a while - Laguna then just tosses his Pokegear to the Zorua child. Who he thinks is a real child, mind. Ragnarok didn't do much while he was watching, after all.

Ragnarok, though, did notice the compliment on his vines, and gave a small grunt.

But...]
You're a trainer.
[A single statement, as Ragnarok flicked his tougue a little.]

Technically, I'm a breeder. But I guess they're not too far off... What don't you like about trainers?

(As she promised, Rainbow Dash pops in with a confident grin...that soon turns into a facefault at seeing eggs.

Lots. And. Lots. Of eggs.)

'Sup, Flutters? Thought I'd see how things were going and...!

(A beat. Take a picture of Rainbow's expression, Fluttershy; it might never look this way again.)

Wha-wha-wha...what the hay happened?!!

[So. Many. Eggs.

Twilight is trying to sort things out here at least by type, if nothing else. She's already got all the fire types together, with her Larvesta curled up near them.]

Okay, that's the Charmanders, Ponytas, Vulpixes, and Larvestas all in one pile. Next... let's go for the grass types.

[is that Ditto grinning? ... That ditto is grinning.]

I, um... I think... Ditto really wanted to help out...?

[She hangs her head a little.]

I'm sorry about this, Twilight...

[Ditto isn't. The pink blob is almost laughing.]

Don't apologize, this is probably the most successful breeding you've ever had.

And if we're lucky, we can make a whole lot of money out of this. We just have to try and keep the eggs out from underfoot while we're doing it.

[She grabs a Chikorita egg and sets it against the wall.] But I have to say, I didn't expect your Ditto to be able to pull something like this off...

I think it's... very confident in itself.

[That's putting it lightly. Ditto begins 'crawling' off her lap and onto the floor. It then tries to copy Twilight's face - literally.]

Now now, I've told you to stop doing that. Making fun of others isn't nice.

(She barely even realizes that Ditto was grinning, having lost count of how many eggs there were after...30, at least.)

...That's great and all, but we've got over 50 eggs! Besides Blaze, Daring, Tank, Dash and Tails...how many of our Pokemon helped out?! Or is that 'including?'

... That's... that's a lot of eggs.

[She sheepishly smiles.]

My... My ditto likes making friends.

[Ditto grins all across its body. Ewww.]

Well, three of mine helped out... and I think a lot of Twilight and Applejack's pokemon did too... We all have a lot of Pokemon, so...

In other words, we brought in a big haul when we offered our Pokemon?

(She's staring at Ditto in disbelief and surprise...and that same expression on her face. She'll never doubt this Pokemon's ability again.)

[Twilight just rolls her eyes at the wad of chewing gum, while Pyrolepi chuckles around her batch of eggs.]

Confident is right. [She grabs a Turtwig and a Snivy egg and adds them to the grass pile.] But I guess in this case it's earned. Well, no one can say you're not a full-fledged breeder now, Fluttershy.

I guess so. The more Pokemon we have, the more eggs we can get.

[And just to be a pain in the butt, Ditto begins copying Dash's expression.]

[Ditto mimics Twi's talk, but being a pokemon, all it's saying is its name over and over. FS, meanwhile, blushes with a smile.]

Oh, I don't know about that... Ditto's the one doing all the work. I just bring them together, that's all.

(Under normal circumstances, Dash might find that funny. Not at the moment, as her expression changes from surprise to looking annoyed.)
